Postpartum Visit Readiness!

The topics of my postpartum visits are about breastfeeding, breast tenderness, bebe latch.  How mama feels post delivery, repair work healing ok etc. Is the couple eating, well hydrated, resting when possible – you get the picture. While all of this is up for discussion, I offer mama a breast and belly massage along with a belly bind/wrap. This takes time and it is necessary for dad to be available to help out.
